What happens in a QHHT session with Chia-Yen - London/ Essex
The QHHT sessions are so fascinating, as it brings you insights and wisdom from beyond. Each session is unique and different, and takes around 4 hours. The session is in 3 parts:
1. Your life story
We will spend about 2 hours talking about your life story over a cup of tea or two - from childhood to where you are now. This is so that I can guide you through your QHHT to get the best out of it.
2. Explore your past lives
You will then be taken to a past life regression, which will be relevant to what you need to know now in this present lifetime. It will help to heal and empower you.
3. Connect with your Highest Self
Here, you wil connect with your 'highest self'. This can go beyond your subconscious mind, and can access your angels, spirit guides and more. Let's see what happens!

My name is Chia-Yen and my journey of Reiki, hypnotherapy and psychic gifts have led me to this wonderful quantum healing hypnosis technique. Being a hypnotherapist of over 10 years allows me to guide you to the deepest state. My QHHT clients (and their angels) say that I offer a safe and sacred place for them, which inspired the name 'Sacred Remembering'
I love what I do because I see the transformations in my clients and these sessions are fascinating.
